WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 3 pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour day cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.

Special Events may have a different cancellation policy.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken.

DOES THE HOTEL SERVE BREAKFAST?

Yes, Jobos provides breakfast options for guests only. Guests must pre-order by 1am for next day breakfast pick up service.

IS THERE A BAR OR RESTAURANT ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Yes, Jobos is our onsite restaurant and bar open daily.

WHAT ARE JOBOS' HOURS, AND IS IT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

Jobos is open daily to the public from 3pm - 10pm Monday through Friday, 9am - 10pm Saturday and 9am - 9pm Sunday. Dinner and Happy Hour options are available daily with Brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Hotel Tupelo is dog friendly with a $100 pet fee that includes a Pet Welcome Bag.

WHAT IS HOTEL TUPELO'S SMOKING POLICY?

We are a smoke-free property. A $250 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

We offer Complimentary Parking and convenient Bellman service.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?

Yes, we have a 24-hour state of the art gym on the property.
